Hotpot seasoning is the diggings that are eaten with, including spicy, hot, soar and sweet flavors. You can mix the different flavors by yourself in a dish. The ingredients of hotpot seasoning include salt, glutamine, chicken bouillon, broad bean thick sauce, liquor, fermented soybean, fermented glutinous rice wine, spicies, sesame paste, mashed garlic, fermented bean curd, sesame oil, red oil, Chinese leek flower, thin soy sauce, seafood sauce, Capsicum frutescens, chili sauce, prickly ash, sesame etc.


Hot Pot Sauce Mix

It is recommended that you put in liquid diggings first and then put in solid sauces in to avoid adhere to the wall of bowl. Mix them clockwise to make the seasonings evenly distribute. When you add the other condiments, you should put in cooking wine, shrimp oil, soy sauce and Chinese leek flower first and then put in fermented soybean curd, sesame paste and mix them clockwise.
